Happy to see a windguru widget. Nice!
I try to turn off the animation to tone it down a bit, but that doesn’t work. The display doesn’t change, and when i revisit options the animation option is still selected.
Bug? Feature?
Great Gadget, no problems with install and stup. Would REALLY like to see PRA SANDS UK on there, as that is our referance point down here on the southwest coast of cornwall.
Supe cool Gadget, Works great. I would like to see Richards Bay, South Africa as one of the spots, we use Windguru extensively and it will be great to have it the gadget.
I like the gadget however have found that when it is running my harddisk is constantly accessing. Turn the gadget off and it stops.
Also have found the same issue as Jaap.
Hello there, congratulations, this is the most useful gadget for me.
But there is a problem, when I turn on the gadget it gives me the same problem as Japp and LuKeC:
The only thing I miss is the possibilty to search for spots not found in the drop down menu. My place “Jomfruland, Norway” is searchable on http://www.windguru.cz/int/. Please add a search function!
I see the latest version is 1.3, but i keep downloading ver 0.1
I have the following problem: I am not logged on to internet constantly.
When I log on to internet again the widget does not pickup the connection again.
I have to romove the widget an add it again, and select my location again.

sorry for your harddisk but you can watch the code, there is no such thing as a constant disk access. if so, then it’s sidebar way of - bad - caching.

I get the same exception in line 3. I’ve found that commenting the line:
in windguru.html removes the warning, the result of the php page is not a javascript!

Hi Bobby,
Your windguru gadget is the best I’ve ever seen.
I’ve been looking for something like that for a long, long time.
unfortunaly i’m presently in angola (luanda) and there is no information for this city.
Is there any chance to add new cities to your aplication?
Can we do it by ourselfs?
Once agains, congratulations
Joao
